Revision Policy

We offer revision depending upon the package our customers choose. Customers can seek free revisions and we offer it without any added cost provided that the concept and the design remain the same. Our standard turnaround time for revision is 48 hours.

Turn Around Time

In any case, we do not facilitate refunds after the initial approval of the design concept. Unless the company chooses to terminate the contract for a reason other than any breach of the contract from your side. For further details on the refund requests, read below.

All refund requests will be fulfilled as per the following arrangement: You can freely seek a refund at the time of the initial delivery of the concepts. However, once you request changes in the initial draft or approve the initial concept, the refund policy becomes void and no refund request would be facilitated. Here are the following refund rules you are obliged to follow when signing up with us.

If you seek a refund before the delivery of the initial design draft, your paid amount would be refunded in full (less 10% of the service and processing fee).

If you seek a refund within 48 hours of placing the order, you would be refunded 66% of the paid amount (less 10% of the service and processing fee).

If you seek a refund within 48 to 120 hours of the initial design delivery,

you would be refunded 33% of the paid amount (less 10% service & processing fee).

After 120 hours of the initial design delivery, no refund request would be entertained. However, if you have any other concerns regarding our services, you are encouraged to reach out to us and we would be more than happy to assist you further.

If you have not taken any action within 30 days of placing the order with us, you’re ineligible to request any refund. However, if you wish to continue with us, your design order would be reinstated over a certain fee attached to it.

Once the final files are delivered, we do not entertain any refund request.

Once the website development is done or deployed live to the hosting server, we’re no longer liable to facilitate any refund request.

We strictly respect the hierarchy we fall in. It is why all refund requests are to be communicated to our support department. We solely reserve the right to approve/disapprove your refund request based on the case. However, if we observe any user-agreement violation, we reserve the right to terminate the order without any further notice.

The refund policy applies equally and similarly on all of our custom packages the same way as it is applicable on our single packages. For instance, if you book a logo and web design service and approve the logo, and wish to seek a refund on the web design service, you can claim the refund at the time of initial design only.

A refund request shall be accompanied by a valid reason with your withdrawal request and must qualify against brief and customer feedback for revisions. Unless the delivered design is not done according to the provided brief, a refund will not be approved. Whereas, you may seek further revisions until you are completely satisfied with the design.

Our money-back guarantee is dependent upon the good faith you placed your order in. If a customer places the same order with two or more companies to claim a refund with any one of them, we count this as an act of disloyalty. In such a condition, we reserve the right to decline your refund request without any further justification.

To get your desired results, you are requested to provide your feedback on each step and remain involved with the process. Or else, we may not entertain any refund request without any justified reason.

However, we are not responsible for any of the copies generated after our final delivery and will not refund or compensate for the loss. It is the client’s prime responsibility to get their designs and branding copyrighted.

Also, you will have no right to any of our work files, media or palette that the company offered during the service. Access to the ‘My Account' area is given to you to effectively communicate with the designer and vice versa. During your order in process, you are requested to consistently check the account area to respond to any queries or any additional clarity required by the designer. If you fail to respond to the queries raised by the designer, you may not get what you had expected and will not help you while seeking any refund. However, if you aren’t tech-savvy and require guidance for using the area, feel free to contact our support representative any day, anytime from anywhere in the world to seek unhindered assistance.
